PICTURE PERFECT FRIDAY

Light, what a beautiful theme.  My first thought was of this Hibiscus I took when visiting my mother last April 16, 2009 in Cocoa Beach, Florida, as the sun light just seem to shine right through the flower.  It was taken with my Kodak Z740 Digital Camera.

  20. what a right gorgeous weed you have here linda...i love the way the light beams through and you can see the veins of the petals and seems to make them glow...perfect as a picture i swear it is..and the music goes so very well with it..always as much of why i come here as the beauty that I know always awaits..both in image and the soul of the owner

    Nice picture of flower. However, IMHO, the picture could be better should you able to manage to reduce the brightness a bit and put the focus just a bit forward.

    I would love to have a "tree/bush " of them at home.
