I do not think of all the misery, but of the glory that remains. Go outside into the fields, nature and the sun, go out and seek happiness in yourself and in God. Think of the beauty that again and again discharges itself within and without you and be happy. ~ Anne Frank
That is the secret to a blessed life.............at least to the blessings in my life.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful quote and thought, Linda
ReplyDeleteNow I am smiling.... the first two people to visit are a fine example of blessings this Thanksgiving!!!!
ReplyDeleteHugs to you both!
I am so glad I could make you smile this morning. That brought a huge smile to my face.
ReplyDeleteWhen you consider the situation Miss Frank was in and her attitude.... well, it is inspirational...
ReplyDeleteWe have so much to be thankful for no matter what is going on around us.... you are inspirational
and a fine example of that also. We should all be so wise as this young woman was.
So many times it is easy to let to let what is wrong overwhelm us. What she endured and still remained positive should be an example to us all............there you are so right. Seeing myself as inspirational.......now there I have a problem, but I will say thank you and tell you that you have given me the gift of self worth this morning and that will make this a blessed day.
